Service Termination
Our SEO and other related services run on a minimum commitment period of six months from the date of the agreement. We are committed to providing you with our professional services during this duration, and therefore, any termination of services under six months will not be possible.
Service Prices
While we strive to provide excellent value for our services, our rates are specifically catered to each project, reflecting the unique needs and goals of the individual brand or company. We advise all our clients to discuss pricing thoroughly before project commencement to avoid any discrepancies down the line.
Payment
All services must be paid for in advance unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. All amounts are stated in Pakistani rupees and are non-refundable irrespective of whether the services are successfully executed according to the client’s expectations or not. This is mainly due to the unique variations in SEO strategies and the fact that results can greatly differ based on industry, competition, and the current status of the client’s website.
Delay or Failure in Services
While we strive to provide timely services, there may be instances where there might be slight delays or even failures due to uncontrollable elements such as changes in algorithms, and updates from search engines among other elements. In the event of such instances, we will not be held liable for it.
Confidentiality
We hold all information related to our clients strictly confidential. We promise not to disclose, distribute, or sell any client-specific information to third parties unless legally required to do so. This applies to all data provided by the client, and any results, reports, or insights obtained during the execution of our services.
Indemnity
By using our services, you agree to indemnify Shoaib Saleh and his team against any losses, damages, costs, liabilities, and expenses incurred or suffered by us arising out of any breach by you of any provision of these terms and conditions or arising out of any claim that you have breached any provision of these terms and conditions.
